* All items normally take up to 4 business weeks following purchase. NOTE: This does not include shipping time.

*Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that the selected shipping method applies after the order has been processed.

*We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

*Son of James is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

Please note that Son of James LA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges that may be applied by your country’s customs agency upon delivery.


These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in the price of your item or shipping cost at checkout. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.


For orders shipping to countries within the European Union (such as France), local customs may impose import and handling fees through third-party brokers (e.g., UPS Customs Brokerage), which must be paid before the package is released. We understand these unexpected costs can be frustrating, but they are outside of our control and non-refundable.


If you have any questions or concerns about customs fees in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

* Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted. These are custom commissioned items. No item will be the same, it has been hand crafted specifically for YOU. However, if you encounter any quality issues, please contact me for assistance. It is my top priority that you are satisfied with your purchase.
